🌾 RCEF (Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund)
Law: RA 11203 (Rice Tariffication Law)
What You Get
- Free certified seeds: 2 bags/ha (40 kg) of NSIC Rc varieties
- Fertilizer subsidy: 50% discount on complete fertilizer
- Mechanization: 50% subsidy on farm equipment via PhilMech

🌱 National Seeds Program

- Wait for distribution schedule — usually 2-4 weeks before planting season
- Visit Municipal Ag Office — bring RSBSA cert + valid ID
- Fill seed request form — indicate crop, area, variety preferred
- Receive seeds — 2 bags (40 kg) per hectare, free

🛡️ PCIC Insurance Application
Step-by-Step
- Register RSBSA — required first step
- Visit PCIC or Municipal Ag Office — ask for crop/livestock insurance
- Fill application form — specify crop, area, planting date
- Pay premium — rice ₱57/ha, corn ₱60/ha, cattle ₱300/head
- Receive policy — coverage starts immediately

🏦 Landbank Loan Application
Step-by-Step
- Prepare documents: RSBSA cert, valid ID, 1-page business plan
- Visit Landbank branch — ask for agricultural loan
- Fill loan application — specify amount, purpose, repayment plan
- Submit requirements — land title or collateral (if needed)
- Wait for approval — 2-4 weeks
- Release funds — check or bank transfer
Amount: Up to ₱500,000 at 2-3% interest. Repayment: After harvest. Tip: Apply through cooperative for faster processing.

Step-by-Step

- Choose course: FFS (12 wks), Organic (8 wks), IPM (4 wks), etc.
- Register: Visit ATI-RTC 7 or Municipal Ag Office
