1. RSBSA (Required for ALL programs)

What: Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture
Cost: FREE
Where: Municipal Agriculture Office
Requirements: Valid ID, farm location
Time: 1-2 weeks
Unlocks: RCEF seeds, PCIC insurance, Landbank credit, ATI training, PhilMech subsidy

2. Cooperative Membership (Recommended)

What: Join an agricultural cooperative
Cost: ₱500-2,000 share capital
Where: CDA Region 7 or local coop
Time: 1-2 weeks
Unlocks: Low-interest loans, bulk buying, collective marketing, free training

3. DTI Business Name (For online selling)

What: Business name registration
Cost: ₱200-500
Where: DTI online or regional office
Time: Same day (online)
Unlocks: Online selling platforms, formal business transactions

4. BIR Registration (For large operations)

What: Tax identification number
Cost: FREE
Where: BIR office
Time: 1 week
Required for: Operations with >₱3M annual gross sales
