1. Harvesting

4. Milling

5. Storage

100 coconuts โ 5-7 liters VCO. At โฑ300-400/liter = โฑ1,500-2,800 revenue vs. โฑ500 copra value. 3-5ร value increase. Shelf life: 1-2 years.

Every farmer must know their cost of production (COP). This determines profitability.
Formula
COP = Total Costs / Total Production
Example: Rice farmer spends โฑ40,000/ha, harvests 3.5 tons.
COP = โฑ40,000 / 3,500 kg = โฑ11.43/kg

Break-Even Price
